Addendum
1: Alternate Development Scenarios and Associated Fiscal Impact
Based
on our meeting with the Board of Selectmen on December 5th we have examined
additional development scenarios and their related fiscal impact profile.
To maintain consistency, the fiscal impact methodologies described in
the body of the report have been used in the scenarios outlined below.
However, the property tax and school children generation values have
been revised to reflect the realities associated with the alternate
development scenarios.
