Fiscal Impact Report

John Connery of Connery Associates has prepared a fiscal impact report analyzing the impact this development would have on the town of Holbrook. Connery has produced similar studies for towns and developers throughout Massachusetts.

A revised fiscal impact report for Phase One of Old English Square is now available. This report assumes Phase One of the originally proposed Old English Square development will be developed as a stand-alone project.
